Enuff Z’Nuff was formed by Donnie Vie and Chip Z’Nuff in 1985. The original band line-up consisted of guitar player Gino Martino and drummer BW Boeski, both of whom were soon replaced - leaving the “classic” band line-up of Donnie Vie, Chip Z’Nuff, guitarist Derek Frigo and drummer Vikki Foxx.
In 1989 Enuff Z’Nuff stormed the charts with the singles “New Thing” and “Fly High Michelle” from their self named album. Many critics hailed them as the band of the future and bright things were predicted for Enuff Z’Nuff. To this day however they have failed to live up to these predictions, despite critical acclaim their albums since have all been relative commercial failures to what they could, and perhaps should have been.
